The Process

BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

Reserving Your Date

A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure the requested date and time.

A date is not considered reserved until the deposit has been received and the booking has been confirmed by Posh & Glow Mobile Events.

The reservation deposit is applied toward the client's total balance.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the scheduled event.

Bookings made within 72 hours of an event require payment in full at the time of booking.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because a reserved vehicle and driver are removed from availability for other customers, reservation deposits are non-refundable.

More Than 7 Days Before Event

The customer may cancel the reservation; however, the 30% reservation deposit remains non-refundable.

Any additional transportation payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded, excluding personalized merchandise, purchased add-ons, processing fees, or other non-refundable expenses already incurred by Posh & Glow.

7 Days or Less Before Event

Payments become non-refundable when cancellation occurs seven calendar days or less before the scheduled event.

Within 72 Hours

The entire reservation is non-refundable.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • No-shows

  • Late-arriving passengers

  • Guests choosing to leave the event early

  • Changes in the number of passengers

  • Missed concerts, reservations, tastings, or activities caused by passenger lateness

  • Client-requested reductions in service on the event date

If Posh & Glow must cancel service because the company cannot safely or legally provide the contracted transportation, the client will receive either a refund of transportation payments made or the opportunity to transfer payments to a mutually agreed future date.

ONE-TIME RESCHEDULING POLICY

Posh & Glow understands that plans sometimes change.

Each reservation is permitted one date change without forfeiting the original reservation deposit, provided the rescheduling request is submitted at least seven calendar days before the original event date.

The new date:

  • Must be selected within six months of the original event date.

  • Is subject to vehicle and driver availability.

  • Must be for the same or greater service value.

  • May require payment of any difference caused by updated rates, additional hours, mileage, or services.

The original deposit will transfer one time only.

If the customer reschedules a second time, cancels the rescheduled reservation, or cannot select an available date within the permitted rescheduling period, the original deposit will be forfeited.

Requests made within seven days of the event are considered cancellations unless otherwise approved by Posh & Glow management.

WAITING & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Each reservation includes a 15-minute complimentary grace period at the initial scheduled pickup. After 15 minutes, additional waiting time may be charged in 15-minute increments based on the equivalent hourly service rate.

For hourly reservations, client delays do not extend the contracted end time.

Example:

A reservation scheduled from 6:00 PM–10:00 PM remains scheduled to end at 10:00 PM even if the group does not board until 6:30 PM.

Additional service beyond the contracted time is subject to availability and additional charges.

PASSENGER & VEHICLE POLICIES

Maximum vehicle capacity is 15 passengers. Passenger limits will be strictly enforced.

Clients and their guests are expected to treat the vehicle, driver, and equipment respectfully.

The booking customer assumes financial responsibility for damage caused by members of their party beyond ordinary wear and tear.

Excessive cleaning, bodily fluids, smoking/vaping damage, broken equipment, stains, or intentional damage may result in additional charges.

The driver and Posh & Glow management retain the right to terminate transportation without refund when passenger behavior creates a safety risk, threatens the driver or passengers, damages the vehicle, involves unlawful conduct, or prevents safe vehicle operation.

Alcohol policies must comply with all applicable laws, insurance requirements, licensing requirements, and company rules.

WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Safety is the company's priority.

Severe weather, road closures, government restrictions, mechanical emergencies, or other circumstances outside Posh & Glow's reasonable control may require an itinerary adjustment, delay, or rescheduling.

When Posh & Glow determines transportation cannot be safely completed, the company will work with the customer to reschedule the service or provide the remedy required under the applicable contract and law.
